Responsibilities & Context:

Mridha International Corporation is a government-authorized international recruiting agency based in Bangladesh, with decades of proven expertise in overseas manpower deployment.

We are currently seeking a competent and experienced Admin Manager to join our organization. The Admin Manager will be responsible for overseeing the overall administrative functions of the company and ensuring smooth, efficient workflow across all departments. This role requires strong leadership, organizational capability, and the ability to maintain effective coordination within the office while ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide strategic and well-organized administrative support to top management, ensuring effective coordination of high-level tasks and activities.

  • Implement company policies and administrative rules and regulations as directed by management.

  • Manage all front-line communications for the Managing Director, including phone calls, emails, correspondence, and visitor coordination.

  • Draft and prepare official letters, memos, reports, and other business documents in both English and Bangla.

  • Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, CV screening, interview coordination, follow-ups, and onboarding of new employees.

  • Prepare and issue HR-related documents such as appointment letters, confirmation letters, promotion letters, resignation acceptance letters, grievance notices, and employee separation documentation.

  • Maintain employee records and coordinate payroll, leave management, and attendance monitoring.

  • Regularly update ERP software and ensure the preparation of accurate monthly administrative and HR reports.

  • Maintain and update all company documents, including confidential files, records, and databases.

  • Ensure the timely renewal and updating of company licenses, registrations, and certificates.

  • Ensure compliance with regulatory authorities, including BMET (Bureau of Manpower, Employment and Training) and the Ministry of Expatriates’ Welfare & Overseas Employment, where applicable.

  • Coordinate with BMET and relevant Ministry offices for document submission, approvals, and follow-up procedures.

  • Monitor and follow up on regulatory updates, circulars, and guidelines from BAIRA, DCCI, ATAB, and the Ministry of Civil Aviation and Tourism to ensure organizational compliance.

  • Manage legal and administrative matters related to logistics, assets, leases, and property issues.

  • Procure necessary office supplies and equipment in accordance with company requirements while maintaining proper documentation and cost control.

  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual reports as required by management.

  • Act as a liaison between company management and government authorities to ensure smooth communication and regulatory compliance.

  • Perform any other duties and responsibilities as assigned by top management.
