Educational Qualification:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Public Administration, or any relevant discipline.

  • MBA will be considered an added advantage.

Additional Requirements:

  • Prior experience in Pharmaceutical company and/or NGO sector will be highly preferred.

  • Pharma-related training will be considered an added advantage.

  • Strong knowledge of administrative operations, facility management, and vendor coordination.

  • Experience in handling utility monitoring, billing processes, and compliance documentation.

  • Ability to coordinate with multiple departments and manage site-based administrative activities efficiently.

  • Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel) and administrative reporting.

  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines effectively.



Responsibilities & Context:
  1. Ensure overall cleanliness, maintenance, and proper management of SIMEC Institute buildings and outer campus facilities.

  2. Monitor daily utility consumption (lift, water, gas, electricity) and implement cost-control initiatives to reduce usage by at least 25%; review and verify monthly utility bills.

  3. Verify, process, and submit all bills, requisitions, and vouchers accurately and on time.

  4. Coordinate with Corporate Maintenance, Logistics, IT, and other relevant teams to resolve operational issues efficiently.

  5. Oversee maintenance and repair of office furniture, equipment, and institutional assets.

  6. Manage store inventory, office stationery, equipment requisitions, and other administrative supplies.

  7. Arrange and coordinate internal and external meetings, including venue setup and refreshment services.

  8. Facilitate communication and collaboration between departments; identify and escalate inter-departmental issues when necessary.

  9. Maintain administrative documentation and manage travel arrangements (air tickets, hotel bookings) for employees and senior management.

  10. Oversee office meal arrangements and share relevant reports with the Central Admin team.

  11. Monitor vendor activities related to cleaning, maintenance, security, and facility support to ensure timely service delivery and billing accuracy.

  12. Collect and review performance feedback of cleaners, caretakers, and security personnel; coordinate necessary actions with Central Admin.

  13. Conduct regular site visits to all outlets, projects, and SIMEC Polli to monitor administrative and facility-related activities.

  14. Perform any other duties assigned by management as required.
