Responsibilities & Context:

Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and organized HR Officer to support the corporate HR team in managing day-to-day HR operations and digital HR activities. The incumbent will be responsible for maintaining HR records, ensuring smooth HRIS operations, and assisting in all areas of HR functions, including recruitment, payroll, performance management, and employee engagement.

Job Responsibilities

  •  Assist in managing the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and onboarding new talent.

  • Support the onboarding process for new joiners and coordinate necessary documentation.

  • Prepare monthly attendance reports of all departments for management review.

  • Assist in the preparation and processing of monthly payroll in coordination with the accounts department.

  • Handle HR administrative tasks including ID card issuance, confirmation letters, and other HR-related documentation.

  • Assist in yearly performance management process & KPI tracking.

  • Coordinate exit interviews, clearance, and final settlement procedures.

  • Support the HR team in daily administrative tasks, record keeping, and documentation.

  • Help manage employee databases and ensure accurate record-keeping.
