Overview

I run a faceless YouTube channel with an established audience, a proven content system, and a team of writers, editors, and thumbnail designers in place. I need a sharp, organized operator to run day-to-day operations, manage the pipeline, and help scale it.

This starts part-time with a clear path to full-time as we launch additional channels and expand into Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook.

You don't need prior YouTube experience — I'll teach the system. What I need is:

• Exceptional written and spoken English (non-negotiable)

• Strong organization and attention to detail

• Analytical thinking — you enjoy comparing two thumbnails and figuring out why one performs better

• Hands-on experience using AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini) for research and writing

• Self-directed learner who takes notes and executes without hand-holding

• Proactive communicator — I shouldn't have to chase you for updates

This isn't a role where you can do the minimum. If you think you already know better than the system before learning it, don't apply.

The channel name will be shared once we've identified the right candidate.

Responsibilities

• Read every script and give detailed written feedback against our style guide before production

• Research YouTube, social media, and news for raw content and case studies that fit the niche

• Generate video ideas, titles, and angles based on what's currently performing

• Maintain an organized backlog of approved topics ready for writers

• Track video performance and flag over/underperformers

• Coordinate writers, editors, and thumbnail designers to keep production on schedule

• Build and refine SOPs for every step of the pipeline

• Help repurpose content for short-form platforms as we expand

Time

1 week paid trial. If it's a fit, 12-18 hours/week ongoing. Timezone doesn't matter.

Payment

200-300 BDT/hour to start, with a clear path to 400-500 BDT/hour as you prove yourself and take on more responsibility.

Hiring Process

1. Video review — I review your application and video response

2. Video interview — shortlisted candidates meet me on a video call

3. 1 week paid trial — you run the system with me, and we both decide if it's a fit
