Experience:
Master's degree in Business Administration, Hospital Administration, Healthcare Management, Public Health, or a related discipline.
Post Graduate Diploma (PGD) in Hospital Management or Healthcare Management will be considered an added advantage.
8–12 years of relevant experience in hospital or healthcare operations.
Minimum 4 years of experience in a managerial or hospital leadership role.
Experience in multi-specialty hospital operations and business development will be preferred.

Position Summary
The Hospital Manager will be responsible for the overall management and administration of Bangladesh Eye Hospital Uttara Ltd., ensuring efficient hospital operations, exceptional patient care, financial sustainability, regulatory compliance, and achievement of organizational goals. The role requires strong leadership to oversee clinical support services, administrative functions, business development initiatives, and resource management while maintaining the highest standards of quality and patient satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee the overall day-to-day operations of the hospital, ensuring efficient delivery of clinical and support services.
Ensure high standards of patient care, service excellence, and patient satisfaction.
Lead and coordinate clinical, administrative, and operational teams to achieve organizational goals.
Monitor hospital performance and implement initiatives to improve operational efficiency and service quality.
Manage hospital budgets, revenue, cost control, and optimal utilization of resources.
Supervise human resource planning, staff performance, training, and employee engagement.
Oversee procurement, inventory, pharmacy, optics, and logistics to ensure uninterrupted operations.
Ensure compliance with hospital policies, regulatory requirements, quality standards, and accreditation guidelines.
Build and maintain relationships with consultants, corporate clients, referring physicians, and other stakeholders.
Prepare operational and financial reports for management and support strategic planning and business development initiatives.
Promote a culture of teamwork, accountability, professionalism, and continuous improvement.
Perform any other responsibilities assigned by the Management from time to time.
