Experience:
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Management, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
Master's Degree in Business Administration (MBA) will be considered an added advantage.
Retired Armed Forces personnel will be given special preference.
Retired Army Officers and other retired Armed Forces personnel with proven experience in administration, operations, leadership, discipline, and organizational management will be highly preferred.
Computer proficiency with good command of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) is required.
Excellent leadership, communication, interpersonal, and decision-making skills.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple responsibilities efficiently.
Strong organizational and administrative capabilities.
Experience Requirements
At least 10-15 years of relevant professional experience.
Candidates with experience in Clubs, Hotels, Hospitality, Corporate Administration, or similar organizations will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities
The Secretary will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day administrative and operational activities of the club, ensuring high standards of member satisfaction, efficient management, and overall organizational effectiveness.
Job Description / Responsibilities
Administrative Management: Oversee and coordinate the day-to-day administrative activities of the club.
Procurement Management: Supervise all procurement and purchasing activities, ensuring cost-effective purchasing while maintaining high-quality standards.
Operations Management: Ensure the smooth functioning of all club operations, including restaurants, bars, events, and other club facilities.
Financial Management: Monitor budgets, expenditures, financial reports, and ensure the club's financial discipline.
Member Relations: Maintain strong relationships with club members, address their concerns, and ensure a premium member experience.
Event Coordination: Plan, coordinate, and oversee club events, including member-exclusive events, external rentals, and other revenue-generating activities.
Staff Management: Lead, supervise, and mentor staff members, ensuring that they meet their objectives and deliver exceptional service.
Compliance and Safety: Ensure all club operations comply with local laws, club policies, health and safety regulations, and other applicable requirements.
Strategic Planning: Work with the Board of Directors to establish long-term goals and develop effective strategies to achieve them.
Membership Growth: Collaborate with the Board to attract new members and promote the club's offerings.
Liaison and Coordination: Maintain effective communication and coordination with club members, employees, vendors, government authorities, and other stakeholders.
Salary: Negotiable based on qualifications, experience, and suitability for the position.
