Job Purpose
Manage group-wide administrative operations, legal compliance, licences, government liaison, and external stakeholder relationships to ensure smooth, lawful, and efficient business operations across all Euro Group concerns.
Key Responsibilities
Manage office administration, facilities, security, transport, utilities, and company assets.
Maintain licences, permits, registrations, agreements, renewals, and regulatory documents for all business units.
Coordinate with BTRC, BSTI, BFSA, City Corporation, government authorities, law-enforcement agencies, landlords, vendors, and industry bodies.
Draft and review contracts, notices, service agreements, leases, vendor agreements, and official correspondence.
Ensure compliance with telecom, company, labour, food-safety, tax, licensing, and data-protection requirements.
Handle legal notices, disputes, complaints, court matters, and coordination with external lawyers.
Support site acquisition, POP setup, office and outlet permissions, trade licences, right-of-way, and infrastructure documentation.
Maintain corporate records, legal files, board documents, approvals, licences, and confidential information.
Identify legal, regulatory, and administrative risks and recommend corrective actions.
Prepare departmental budgets, compliance reports, legal updates, and management reports.
Build and maintain effective relationships with government agencies, regulators, business partners, and external stakeholders.
Educational Requirements
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Law, Business Administration, Management, or a related discipline.
Minimum 5–8 years of relevant experience in administration, legal, compliance, regulatory, or external affairs.
Experience in ISP, telecom, food, FMCG, technology, or diversified group companies is preferred.
Strong knowledge of contracts, licensing, labour law, regulatory compliance, and government liaison.
Excellent communication, negotiation, documentation, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
