Responsibilities & Context:

The job holder is primarily responsible for overall administrative support, security management of Agora. Candidates from the Bangladesh Army are encouraged to apply.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Ensure overall safety, security and administrative functions of Agora establishments and outlets.

  • Ensure high level of hygiene and cleanliness of all Agora establishments. 

  • Maintain Close liaison with all stockholders to maintain the administration SOP’s.

  • Conduct surprise visits on the security and cleaning aspects at Agora establishments as and when required.

  • Facilitate the investigation/interrogation of any safety & security occurrence that has been reported and submit confidential report to management.

  • Ensure and supervise the duties and responsibilities of the administration officer and Agora security supervisors.

  • Ensure proper and smooth pool car management. 

  • Ensure that all CCTVs are maintained in operational condition at all times. 

  • Ensure the proper and effective implementation of the administration SOP in all Agora Establishments.

  • Conduct periodical training of outsourced security staff on the administration’s SOP and Agora Values.

  • Perform any other administrative responsibilities as required and assigned by the reporting authority.

  • Ensure all outlets are maintaining standard pest control services.
