• Candidate must have on hand experience in General Administration in Agro Farm, Cattle Farm and Dairy Farm.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Strong supervisory and leadership skills.

• Good hand in ERP & Oracle Software.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office.

• Act as Manager of Walton Farm House (Gossai Jowair) in Tangail.

• Liable for all HR & Admin related works.

• Ensure hospitality management to the stakeholders and the guests properly.

• Monitor & ensure safety & security of the residence premises.

• Monitoring workmen and supervisors of the farm.

• Cost control, cost minimization, forecasting and budget preparation for agro, dairy, fisheries and cattle farming.

• Draft various types of SOP & Policies.

• Posting all types of accounts related transactions through ERP & Oracle software.

• Coordinating schedules, arranging meetings, distributing memos and reports.

• Grievance handling and ensure good work environment.

• Any others task assigned by the Management.
