Experience:
Manage corporate mobile connections, including SIM allocation for new employees, maintaining updated SIM records, and coordinating monthly mobile bill reports.
Arrange protocol and logistics for delegates and guests, including hotel reservations, refreshments, interview support, and necessary event arrangements.
Supervise support staff (office assistants, cleaners, gardeners, etc.), ensuring proper grooming, hygiene, duty rosters, and overall office cleanliness and maintenance.
Oversee canteen and kitchen operations by ensuring quality purchase of groceries, maintaining hygiene standards, and arranging food services for office programs or events.
Monitor office security operations by coordinating with security staff, ensuring workplace safety, and processing related monthly bills.
Prepare and maintain various administrative reports, including attendance and allowance records of drivers and support staff.
Handle petty cash transactions responsibly by collecting bills, verifying documents, obtaining approvals, and submitting expenses according to finance guidelines.
Coordinate logistics and maintenance work such as electrical, plumbing, generator, AC, gas, and other utility services, including communication with utility authorities when required.
Support procurement activities including stationery, recurring office items, service procurement, and other administrative purchases based on organizational needs.
Assist in organizing office events and employee engagement activities by coordinating logistics, food distribution, decoration, and budget tracking.
Manage employee uniforms for different groups including support staff, drivers, and security personnel, ensuring timely production and distribution.
Maintain inventory and administrative assets, support management house maintenance and rent collection, and perform other administrative duties as assigned by management.
