Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering / Automobile Engineering / Transport Management / Business Administration or relevant field.

Timely fleet deployment and operational efficiency.
A. Fleet Monitoring & Vehicle Tracking
Monitor all 22 Mobile Health Clinic vehicles through Vehicle Tracking System (VTS).
Ensure real-time tracking, route optimization, and movement analysis.
Monitor vehicle utilization, fuel consumption, and mileage.
Identify unusual vehicle movement, misuse, or operational delays.
B. Vehicle Regulatory Compliance
Ensure timely renewal and update of:
Tax Token
RFID Registration
Road Permit
Fitness Certificate
Insurance
Registration documents
Environmental clearance (if applicable)
Maintain an updated compliance database for all fleet vehicles.
Liaise with relevant government authorities for documentation and renewals.
C. Preventive & Corrective Maintenance
Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules.
Coordinate repairs, servicing, and emergency breakdown support.
Maintain vehicle health records and service history.
Ensure availability of essential spare parts and repair support.
Conduct regular vehicle inspections.
D. Driver Supervision & Performance Management
Directly supervise all MHC drivers.
Monitor driver attendance, discipline, and performance.
Ensure drivers comply with organizational SOPs and traffic regulations.
Organize refresher training on:
Safe driving
Basic vehicle troubleshooting
Health education engagement
Patient support behavior
Evaluate driver performance and recommend corrective actions.
E. Operational Coordination
Coordinate daily deployment of vehicles based on clinic schedules.
Ensure timely field movement and minimize downtime.
Support emergency mobilization for urgent health service delivery.
Maintain coordination with field teams and health staff.
F. Reporting & Documentation
Prepare monthly fleet performance reports.
Submit maintenance, fuel, and operational cost reports.
Maintain incident and accident reports.
Analyze fleet efficiency and recommend improvements.
