Ensure administrative activities and provide all kinds of administrative & logistic supports for uninterrupted operation.
Create and update records and databases with personnel, financial and other data.
Prepare HR documents, like employment contracts and new hire guides
Accomplishes human resource objectives by recruiting, selecting, orienting, training, assigning, scheduling, coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees; communicating job expectations; planning, monitoring, appraising, and reviewing job contributions; planning and reviewing compensation actions; enforcing policies and procedures.
Verify the manpower requirement of various dept. with approved/ proposed organogram.
Conduct Exit Interview of Departing Employees.
Assist payroll department by providing relevant employee information (e.g. leaves of absence, sick days and work schedules)
Preparation/ Issue office note, memo, office order & circular in respect of Administrative/HR issue.
Ensure administrative/ HR related MIS are properly maintained, updated.
Maintain disciplinary procedure as per institute policies and recommend updating policies if required.
Responsible for looking after office & fixed asset, purchase and maintenance.
Monitoring and maintaining office equipment, inventory demand & supplies as needed.
Keep in check up-to-date all materials/items for training & administrative purposes.
Checking the project inventory in order to ensure the proper utilization of materials.
Prepare reports on progress of project activities and project visit, event etc.
Coordination and supervision, monitoring and evaluation of activities on projects.
Actively involved in Preparing budget & plan (monthly & Yearly), Project proposals , Case Study, Reports Monthly, Press Release, Interaction with rural communities including representatives of local councils, community leaders, media professionals, journalists, youth and law enforcing agencies.
Organize a filing system for important and confidential company documents.
Look after security personnel and their activities.
Maintain the deadline especially on Reporting, HR Issues.
Preparing reports on expenses, office budgets, and other expenditures.
Coordinating building and maintenance issues for general repair and updating.
Ready to perform any kind of task guided/advised/recommended by the superior.
