ন্যূনতম ০২ বছরের বাস্তব অভিজ্ঞতা থাকতে হবে।
CBT&A Level-04 সনদধারী হতে হবে।
সংশ্লিষ্ট অকুপেশনে ন্যূনতম NTVQF/BNQF Level- ২ এবং ৩ সনদধারী হতে হবে।
Responsibilities & Context:
- Educate students by planning and developing course materials according to the guideline;
- Develop Training delivery plan and presents lesson plans by using a variety of techniques, including lectures, projects, exhibits, field trips, audiovisual, computers, and the internet.
- Develop learning materials for students in CBT standard to support quality training and education.
- Conduct regular theory and practical classes as per routine.
- Engage students in cocurricular activities related to their trade/technology that enhances their knowledge and competency level.
- Be focused on application of anything learnt by students; correlate/link their achievement of learning/training with real job market.
- Monitor, assist, correct, and grade student results by preparing assignments and tests.
- Maintain order in the classroom by counseling students with behavioral problems; consulting with other professionals where there appears to be evidence of learning disabilities, drug, or alcohol abuse, problems of social adjustment, or child abuse.
- Provide Extra care for week students.
- Intercepts deterioration in achievement by counseling students with academic difficulties; drawing on the institute system's resources for additional academic assistance.
- Ensure the students presence in classes, communicating immediately with parents/guardians about any absent or by any other way.
- Be ready to conduct any kind of class (practical or theory) with full knowledge and experience related for the trade of recruitment.
Conduct Formative a summative assessment of trainees, regular class test, quiz test, mid-term final exam time to time, where and when applicable.
