Education:
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mathematics, Applied Mathematics, English, Commerce or a relevant discipline from a recognized university.

  • Minimum GPA 4.50 out of 5.00 in both SSC and HSC.

  • Minimum CGPA 3.00 out of 4.00 in both Honor’s / Bachelor’s and Master’s.

  • Strong academic background in the relevant subject.

  • Candidates with additional training or certifications in teaching will be preferred.

  • Strong understanding of Number Theory, Geometry, Algebra, Combinatorics, Probability, and Mathematical Logic.

  • Ability to explain complex mathematical concepts in a simple and engaging manner.

  • Minimum IELTS score of 6.5 is required.

  • Cambridge English certification will be an added advantage; otherwise, the candidate must be willing to obtain it.

  • Candidates must have the ability and qualification to conduct classes in the English Version.

  • Strong proficiency in English communication, teaching, and classroom instruction is essential.

  • Strong command of Commerce and business-related subjects.

  • Excellent analytical, numerical, logical, and problem-solving abilities.

  • Ability to explain complex business and financial concepts in a simple and engaging manner.

  • Strong knowledge of Accounting, Finance, Banking, Business, Economics, and Business Mathematics.

  • Strong classroom management and student engagement skills.

  • Ability to explain complex concepts in a simple and effective manner.

  • Good communication and presentation skills.

  • Ability to use modern teaching techniques and digital learning tools.

  • Prepare digital teaching materials, PowerPoint presentations, and video lessons as required.

  • Positive attitude, professional behavior, and strong interpersonal skills.

  • Video editing skills will be considered an additional advantage.

  • Ability to conduct interactive discussions, case studies, quizzes, and problem-solving sessions.

  • Passion for mentoring talented and high-achieving students.

Responsibilities & Context:

Job Section: Primary, High School & College

For Mathematics

  • Conduct engaging and challenging Mathematics classes focused on Math Olympiad preparation.

  • Develop students’ logical reasoning, analytical thinking, creativity, and advanced problem-solving skills.

  • Prepare lesson plans, worksheets, practice problems, mock tests, and Olympiad-style assignments.

  • Teach students various problem-solving techniques and mathematical strategies.

  • Identify students’ strengths and weaknesses and provide appropriate academic support.

  • Prepare students for school, national, and international Mathematics Olympiad competitions.

  • Organize practice sessions, model tests, selection tests, and Olympiad training programs.

  • Monitor students’ progress and provide regular performance feedback.

  • Encourage students to participate in Mathematics competitions and develop a strong interest in Mathematics.

  • Maintain a positive, disciplined, and competitive learning environment.

  • Collaborate with the academic team to develop and improve the institution’s Math Olympiad program.

For English

  • Conduct effective English classes focusing on Grammar, Reading, Writing, Speaking, Listening, Vocabulary, and Communication Skills.

  • Develop students’ English language proficiency through interactive and student-centered teaching methods.

  • Prepare lesson plans, worksheets, assignments, examinations, and practice materials.

  • Improve students’ spoken and written English skills.

  • Encourage students to participate in English language competitions, debates, presentations, and other academic activities.

  • Provide individual support to students who require additional academic assistance.

  • Monitor and evaluate students’ performance regularly.

 

For Commerce

  • Conduct engaging and challenging classes focused on Commerce Olympiad and competitive Commerce.

  • Develop students’ knowledge and understanding of Accounting, Finance, Banking, Business Organization & Management, Economics, and Business Mathematics.

  • Develop students’ analytical thinking, logical reasoning, critical thinking, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.

  • Prepare lesson plans, worksheets, case studies, practice questions, mock tests, and Olympiad-style assignments.

  • Develop and solve conceptual, analytical, numerical, and case-based Commerce problems.

  • Prepare students for school, national, and international Commerce-related competitions and Olympiads.

  • Organize practice sessions, model tests, selection tests, quizzes, and Olympiad training programs.

  • Identify students’ strengths and weaknesses and provide appropriate academic guidance.

  • Monitor students’ progress and provide regular performance feedback.

  • Encourage students to develop an interest in business, finance, entrepreneurship, and economic affairs.

  • Collaborate with the academic team to develop and continuously improve the institution’s Commerce Olympiad Program.
