Educational Requirements:
∎ Master's Degree, preferably in Social Sciences or any other relevant discipline.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Detailed understanding of whole M&E system and accessibility to all RISDA staff for consultation.
∎ Preparing monthly, quarterly and yearly work plan for monitoring of the program.
∎ Developing monitoring tools for project monitoring
∎ Sample basis routine monitoring and special need-based monitoring assigned by Deputy Executive Director and Executive Director
∎ Technical support to participatory monitoring and result monitoring,
∎ Support project baselines, objective setting and indicator selection, mid-term and final evaluations.
∎ Produce good quality reports and keep records (especially after each field visit)
∎ Review project evaluation reports and send feedback
∎ Keep record of evaluators' evaluation summary report for M&E Section.
∎ Conduct need based tripartite evaluation (Program Head, Project and M&E).
∎ Validate output & outcome data at sample basis from every program.
∎ Assist Deputy Executive Director and Executive Director to carry out required M&E task
∎ Assist to analyse required M&E data
∎ Assisting Program Heads to prepare monthly, quarterly and annual activity report.
∎ Perform any other duties/responsibilities assigned by the concerned authority.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 40 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Minimum five years' Experience in Program Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning, preferably with INGO or large National NGO,
∎ Should have good knowledge on database software
∎ Fluency both in Bangla & English.
∎ Should have the ability to handle pressure.
∎ Should have good computer knowledge especially in Microsoft Office, MS Excel and MS Power Point
