• Leadership and good communications skill·        

• Should have experience as CEO/ MD in any group of companies.

• Strong business sense and industry experience·        

• Real estate management skill

• Following and enforcing the company's policies and procedures.

• Lead organizational development and talent management while ensuring effective decision-making and strategic execution to achieve institutional objectives.

• Ensure effective risk management, governance oversight, and adherence to regulatory requirements.

• Oversee investment strategy, portfolio management and merchant banking operations

• Responsible to achieve organizational goal.

• Responsible to develop Organizational skills and interpersonal communicating skills.

• Communicate with concerned Govt. and non-Govt. organizations for any Company development.

• Developing and implementing Sales strategies to achieve sales target, including identifying target markets, setting sales goals and creating marketing plans.

• Lead the team to manage and inspire employees to achieve company’s targets.

• Address and resolve workplace conflicts and grievances in accordance with company policies and labor laws.

• Maintaining knowledge or Real Estate market trends, regulations and laws.

• Drive performance management initiatives to enhance employee productivity and job satisfaction.

• Any other task given by the higher authority
