• Age 30 to 45 years

• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in operations, administration, hospitality, healthcare, or a related field, with supervisory experience.

• Strong leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to handle emergencies calmly and make timely decisions.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and report preparation.

• Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities.

• High level of integrity, responsibility, and professionalism.

• Physically fit and willing to work permanent night shifts, including weekends and public holidays when required.

• Experience in hospitals, nursing homes, retirement homes, hotels, or similar service organizations will be an added advantage.

• Oversee all night shift operations and ensure smooth facility management.

• Supervise caregivers, nurses, security personnel, and support staff during the night shift.

• Ensure the safety, security, and well-being of all residents.

• Monitor resident care and respond promptly to emergencies or incidents.

• Coordinate with on-duty medical staff regarding residents' health conditions.

• Conduct regular rounds to inspect rooms, common areas, and facility cleanliness.

• Ensure proper staff attendance, discipline, and shift handover.

• Prepare and submit night shift reports, including incidents and operational updates.

• Handle complaints, resolve operational issues, and escalate critical matters when necessary.

• Ensure compliance with organizational policies, safety procedures, and healthcare standards.

• Coordinate with the morning shift to ensure a smooth transition of responsibilities.

• Perform any other duties assigned by management.
