The Assistant Manager will promote hospital services, retirement home facilities, and palliative care programs by building ethical and trusted relationships with healthcare professionals, institutions, NGOs, and community stakeholders. The role aims to increase referrals, enhance service awareness, and support patients and families with compassionate care solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Promote hospital services, retirement home facilities, and palliative care programs to doctors, hospitals, clinics, and diagnostic centers.
Develop and maintain strong referral networks with physicians, social workers, case managers, discharge planners, and corporate partners.
Conduct awareness programs on elderly care, chronic disease management, end-of-life care, and palliative support.
▪ Organize medical camps, health check-ups, caregiver awareness sessions, and community outreach programs.
Maintain long-term professional relationships with healthcare providers, NGOs, religious institutions, and community leaders.
Follow up with referring doctors and families to ensure satisfaction, trust, and continuity of care.
