• 2 to 5 years

• Bachelor/Honors

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Development Studies, Social Science, or Supply Chain.

• 2 to 5 years

Experience:

• 2-5 years’ experience in field coordination, preferably in education, food distribution, or NGO projects.
• Experience liaising with government offices is an advantage.
• Candidates with a motorcycle and a valid driving license will get preference.

• Ability to manage teams in field conditions and travel extensively within assigned Upazila.

Location: Assigned Upazila Office / Field of Madaridpur, Shariatpur, Netrokona, Sherpur, Mymensingh, Gazipur, Munshigonj, Nawabgonj, Tangail, Manikgonj, Narayangonj District.

Reports to: Operations Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the focal point of the feeding program in the assigned upazila.
• Liaise with Upazila Education Office, school headteachers, and local administration.
• Supervise Monitoring Assistants and coordinate school-level delivery verification.
• Troubleshoot delivery delays, shortages, or quality issues.
• Visit assigned schools daily to verify delivery, food quantity, and quality.
• Collect signed delivery notes from headteachers and cross-check with dispatch records.
• Monitor suppliers, drivers, and field packers for compliance.
• Collect school-level feedback and report to head office weekly.
• Organize community and school engagement activities.
