Experience:
Bachelors/ Master’s degree in HR/Finance/Management from a reputed university.
Minimum 10 years of experience in HR & Admin (preferably in interior/construction firm)
Must know Tally, Excel.
Good communication & record-keeping skills.
Must have sufficient computing knowledge.
Oversee and manage the complete recruitment process.
Conduct candidate screening, interviews, selection, and onboarding procedures.
Ensure timely hiring based on company manpower requirements.
Analyze the reasons behind employee resignations.
Develop and implement a structured Re-Joining Policy for valuable employees who leave the organization.
Take necessary initiatives to improve employee retention and satisfaction.
Develop and enforce strict policies regarding attendance, leave, and late coming.
Ensure no employee leaves early or arrives late without proper approval.
Take appropriate disciplinary action in cases of policy violations.
Monitor all company floors regularly to ensure discipline and productivity.
Supervise employee behavior, punctuality, and overall performance.
Ensure company rules and regulations are strictly followed at all levels.
Maintain firm and professional HR management practices.
Protect company interests by enforcing policies with consistency and fairness.
