Experience:
Plan and manage the organization’s human resource functions, including recruitment, interviewing, employee onboarding, training, and performance development initiatives.
Oversee promotions, disciplinary actions, performance evaluations, and career development for employees.
Ensure accurate management of employee attendance, leave, payroll, overtime and other HR benefits.
Supervise and coordinate daily administrative operations across office and factory, including security, housekeeping, transport, canteen, equipment, utilities, and general support services.
Identify training needs, develop training plans, and implement employee development programs.
Resolve employee grievances and issues promptly, fostering a positive work environment and teamwork.
Maintain coordination with other departments and take integrated actions to ensure smooth organizational operations.
Monitor, oversee, and manage local procurement activities, maintenance, and related operations.
Coordinate and maintain effective communication with government agencies, local authorities, law enforcement, and other relevant stakeholders, representing the company when necessary.
Monitor administrative expenses, HR budgets, and operational costs to ensure efficiency.
Perform computer-based tasks proficiently, including data entry, report preparation, official correspondence, HR software operations, and other digital administrative activities.
Take immediate action in emergency situations such as accidents, labor unrest, or other unexpected incidents to ensure business continuity.
Carry out any additional administrative and HR-related duties assigned by management to ensure smooth and effective organizational operations.
