Experience:
Graduation or Post-Graduation from a recognized university.
Degree, Diploma, or Professional Certification in Hospitality Management will be considered an added advantage.
Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in Housekeeping Operations.
At least 3 years of experience in a managerial position as Executive Housekeeper, Assistant Executive Housekeeper, or similar role.
Experience in a minimum 4-star or 5-star hotel/resort (locally or abroad) will be considered an added advantage.
Strong knowledge of housekeeping operations, inventory control, budgeting, and quality assurance.
Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Proficiency in staff supervision, training, and performance management.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Job Context
DuSai Hotel & Resorts Ltd., a renowned 5-star resort located in the greater Sylhet region, invites applications from experienced, dynamic, and result-oriented hospitality professionals for the position of Executive Housekeeper. The selected candidate will be responsible for leading the Housekeeping Department and ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness, hygiene, presentation, and guest satisfaction across the resort.
Job Responsibilities
Lead, supervise, and manage all housekeeping operations throughout the resort.
Ensure cleanliness, maintenance, and aesthetic presentation of guest rooms, villas, public areas, back-of-house facilities, and staff accommodations.
Develop, implement, and maintain housekeeping policies, procedures, and quality standards.
Conduct regular inspections of rooms, villas, public areas, and departmental facilities to ensure compliance with resort standards.
Plan, organize, and monitor departmental manpower, duty rosters, training programs, and performance evaluations.
Manage inventory and control of linen, uniforms, guest supplies, cleaning materials, and housekeeping equipment.
Coordinate effectively with Front Office, Engineering, Laundry, Security, and other departments to ensure seamless operations.
Prepare and monitor departmental budgets and expenses to achieve operational cost efficiency.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, sanitation, and environmental regulations.
Handle guest complaints and special requests promptly, professionally, and effectively.
Maintain high standards of employee discipline, motivation, productivity, and service excellence.
