Responsibilities & Context:

Strategic Leadership

  • Develop and execute short-term and long-term business growth strategies.

  • Work closely with the Founder to align business goals with operational execution.

  • Drive monthly and quarterly revenue targets.

  • Monitor KPIs across E-commerce, POS, and Retail showrooms.


E-commerce Management

  • Oversee Shopify website performance (Traffic, Conversion Rate, ROAS).

  • Ensure smooth integration between Mother Inventory & POS system.

  • Monitor order flow from Website, Facebook, and Marketplace channels.

  • Optimize checkout flow, COD system, and upsell strategies.

  • Coordinate with the performance marketing team to scale campaigns effectively.


Retail & Showroom Operations

  • Supervise showroom sales performance and ensure target achievement.

  • Ensure proper stock transfer from Mother Inventory to Showrooms.

  • Monitor daily sales reporting and reconciliation.

  • Oversee POS performance and process automation.


Inventory & Supply Chain

  • Maintain centralized Mother Inventory system.

  • Ensure accurate stock synchronization between Online & Retail channels.

  • Monitor low-stock alerts and reordering cycles.

  • Prevent stock mismatch and minimize inventory shrinkage.


Team Leadership & HR Coordination

  • Supervise department heads (Sales, Marketing, Inventory, Customer Support).

  • Conduct weekly performance review meetings.

  • Develop SOPs and establish structured operational processes.

  • Ensure strong company culture, accountability, and team alignment.


Financial & Performance Oversight

  • Monitor daily sales revenue (Online + Showroom).

  • Review marketing spend vs ROAS.

  • Assist in budgeting and profit margin control.

  • Coordinate with Accounts team for financial reporting.
