Responsibilities & Context:

Job Summary:

The Sales Monitoring Executive is responsible for observing and evaluating the

behaviour and performance of sales staff through CCTV cameras. The role ensures

that every customer is greeted properly, assisted on time, and served according to

company standards. The executive will monitor discipline, behaviour, customer

handling, and sales approach to improve the overall showroom experience.

Location: Office

Working Hours:

  • Full-time (Showroom hours)
  • Must be available during peak sales hours

Key Responsibilities:

CCTV-Based Sales Behaviour Monitoring

  • Monitor sales girls’ behaviour, grooming, and overall approach towards customers.
  • Ensure customers are greeted, assisted, and attended to promptly.
  • Identify rude behaviour, negligence, or unprofessional actions.
  • Observe customer movement and ensure no customer is left unattended.

Customer Handling & Service Quality Check

  • Ensure proper customer interaction standards are being followed.
  • Check if sales staff are explaining products, offers, and sizes correctly.
  • Monitor upselling and cross-selling attempts.
  • Ensure a positive and respectful environment for customers.

Showroom Discipline Monitoring

  • Observe staff using mobile phones, gossiping, or avoiding work.
  • Ensure proper hygiene, posture, and professional presentation.
  • Check if sales staff follow showroom rules & SOPs.

Incident Reporting

  • Report any misbehaviour, conflict, or customer complaint immediately.
  • Maintain daily logs of issues, warnings, and observations.
  • Escalate repetitive behaviour problems to Showroom Manager/HR.

Performance Tracking

  • Track the performance of each sales girl based on behaviour and customer
  • service.
  • Provide daily and weekly reports to the management.
  • Suggest improvements to enhance customer experience.

Coordination

  • Coordinate with the Showroom Manager for action plans.
  • Support HR in evaluating staff performance for promotions or warnings.
