• Strong communication and presentation skills.

• Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.

• Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems.

• Willingness to travel and work flexible hours when required.

• Achieve assigned individual sales targets through effective client engagement and follow-ups.

• Schedule meetings with potential customers to arrange project visits and present detailed project briefings to maximize sales opportunities.

• Generate new leads through cold calling, networking, and referrals from clients and associates.

• Maintain regular communication with existing clients to identify repeat business and new opportunities.

• Identify and secure sales leads, and implement effective lead generation strategies.

• Update customer segmentation and profiling information in the ERP system within the stipulated timeframe.

• Support the team in closing sales deals and finalizing client agreements.

• Collaborate with internal departments including Construction, Supply Chain Management, Customer Experience, and Marketing to ensure smooth project delivery and client satisfaction.

• Represent the organization at trade shows, exhibitions, and promotional events to promote projects and generate leads.
