Responsibilities & Context:

Job Context

A private residence in Dhaka is seeking a senior, trained live-in household staff member with proven experience in structured, high-standard environments. The role demands professionalism, discipline, discretion, and strong attention to detail, with the ability to follow established household systems and routines. The incumbent will report directly to the Household Manager and assist in the smooth operation of daily household activities.

Job Responsibilities

  • Maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene across all areas of the residence, including bedrooms, living areas, dining spaces, guest rooms, balconies, and service areas.

  • Keep household inventories organized, including linen, tableware, cleaning supplies, and toiletries. Report shortages or maintenance issues to the Household Manager.

  • Follow daily, weekly, and monthly cleaning schedules as per established routines and supervision.

  • Prepare rooms and provide turndown service when required, ensuring premium presentation standards.

  • Handle delicate materials, luxury furnishings, appliances, and personal belongings with proper care and safe cleaning methods.

  • Maintain strict confidentiality regarding household matters, visitors, schedules, and personal information.

  • Follow verbal and written instructions carefully, including arrangements for guests and special events.

  • Coordinate with other household staff to ensure smooth daily operations.

  • Adapt to changes in schedules, preferences, and household systems with professionalism.

  • Assist during family gatherings or special occasions as directed.
