• Real-time working experience in a 5-Star hotel / residence hotel environment

• Ability to manage multiple hotel departments efficiently

• Valid Passport is mandatory

• Must be medically fit for international employment

• No criminal record

• Fluency in English is required (Arabic will be an advantage)

The selected candidate will lead operational teams, ensure exceptional guest experience, and maintain the reputation of a premium residence hotel.

Job Responsibilities

• Oversee daily hotel and residence operations

• Maintain international 5-star hospitality service standards

• Manage departments including Front Office, Housekeeping, Guest Relations, and F&B

• Ensure excellent guest satisfaction and service quality

• Supervise staff performance and provide leadership and training

• Monitor operational budgets and financial performance
