Job Context:

We are a reputed and growing Manpower Recruitment Company engaged in overseas and local recruitment services. We are looking for a dynamic, experienced and organized professional for the position of Manager / Assistant Manager – Store who will be responsible for overall store management, inventory control, logistics coordination and maintaining proper documentation in line with company policies.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage overall store operations including receiving, storing, issuing and inventory control.

  • Maintain accurate stock records and prepare regular inventory reports.

  • Monitor stock levels and coordinate with procurement and management for timely replenishment, and forecasting.

  • Ensure proper documentation and compliance with company policies.

  • Supervise store staff and maintain discipline.

  • Coordinate with recruitment and operations team for logistics support.

  • Maintain proper filing and digital record system.

  • Ensure safety and proper storage of materials.

  • Support management in administrative tasks when required.

  • Coordinate with social media and communication team if required for operational updates.
