Responsibilities & Context:
Guide the entire daycare team and supervise the overall operation of the day care center
Meet the Manager/ Coordinator periodically to report and review the objectives, plans, progress and evaluations of the project (operations and financial)
Work cooperatively with the team in planning, developing and implementing various activities for the children
Ensure the whole center is neat and clean and deal with any issue that arises
Maintain good communication with parents and visitors
Ensure the safety of team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment, and exploitation to achieve the project goals.
Ensure proper learning and nurturing environment for children for their physical, mental and socio-emotional development.
