Responsibilities & Context:
· Lead and manage overall administration and compliance operations of factory and head office
· Ensure smooth functioning of transport, security, housekeeping, canteen, utilities, and facility services
· Supervise building maintenance, infrastructure management, and office space planning
· Control administrative budget and ensure cost efficiency and effective resource utilization
· Manage vendors, contractors, and service providers and monitor service quality
· Oversee vehicle fleet, travel arrangements, and logistics support
· Maintain and control company assets, inventory, and fixed asset registers
· Ensure compliance with all applicable labor laws, factory laws, and government regulations
· Maintain statutory licenses, permits, certificates, and legal documentation
· Maintain all social compliance documents including wage records, working hours, leave records, and personnel files
· Liaise with government authorities, auditors, buyers, and external agencies
· Handle legal issues, disputes, notices, and compliance-related matters
· Ensure readiness for government inspections and buyer audits
· Implement and monitor social compliance standards and code of conduct requirements
· Ensure adherence to buyer compliance standards and international certifications
· Conduct internal audits and compliance checks and implement corrective actions
· Maintain all compliance records, policies, SOPs, and documentation
· Oversee workplace safety, fire safety, and emergency preparedness systems
· Ensure security management, access control, and loss prevention measures
· Develop risk management plans and preventive safety measures
· Establish and implement administrative and compliance policies and procedures
· Monitor ethical practices and corporate governance standards across the organization
· Lead and supervise Admin, Security, and Compliance teams
· Support HR in disciplinary actions, investigations, and workplace ethics matters
· Set departmental KPIs and evaluate team performance
· Conduct training and awareness programs on compliance, safety, and discipline
· Prepare regular reports on admin performance, audit findings, and compliance status
· Support top management with strategic planning and continuous process improvement
· Ensure a safe, compliant, and efficient working environment at all times
