Experience:
MBA/Master’s in HRM from a reputable university.
Administrative and HRM relevant professional certifications are highly preferred.
Strong negotiation skills, proficiency in HRIS/ERP software, and expert knowledge of local regulatory requirements.
5-8 years of experience in a combined HR & Admin role, preferably within a large group of companies.
A proactive problem-solver mindset with the ability to handle administrative emergencies.

FUNCTION: Human Resources and Administration
LOCATION: Dhaka Office (Mohakhali)
PURPOSE STATEMENT:
The role should follow versatile professionalism to oversee the synergy between Human Resources and Administrative operations. This is pivotal in maintaining a productive work environment and ensuring organizational compliance. Moreover, the role is also bound to abide by the overall instructions of the reporting personnel.

PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES:
HR Operations: Manage the end-to-end employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, and attendance management.
Office Administration: Oversee daily office operations, including facility management, security, and utility maintenance.
Legal & Compliance: Ensure strict adherence to Bangladesh Labor Law and handle all trade licenses, fire safety, and environmental certifications.
Procurement: Manage the procurement of office stationery, furniture, and electronics; maintain relationships with vendors.
Fleet & Logistics: Supervise the company’s transport pool and ensure timely maintenance and fuel management.
Employee Relations: Act as a bridge between management and employees, handling grievances and organizing corporate events.
