The incumbent preferably should have 4 years of bachelor’s degree in B.Sc./Diploma Engineering Degree in Mechanical/ Electrical & Electronics Engineering from any reputed University
The job holder requires demonstrating strong analytical ability, planning, presentation skill, negotiation skill, leadership and people management skill, ability to work under stress and team playing mentality with practical action.
Minimum of 6-8 years’ experience in relevant fields.

PURPOSE STATEMENT:
Align with Head of Sales to drive all sales related activities of Business as per as ABP with full customer satisfaction. Also, have a long-term focus to ensure a competitive and leading position in the market in line with company’s strategy and visionary goals. To ensure profitable sales achievement under separate P&L center.

PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES:
Achieve targeted NSV and OPBT for sales and service as per ABP.
Responsible for Sales Planning and established market of Company Brand Products, and other related products & service.
Focus and ensure ready Stock sales as well as 3rd party LC based Sales.
Make efforts for industrial visit and established the market of Company Brand Products.
Analysis other Brand Company Brand Products speciation’s and recommend to customers for Company Brand Products with best comparisons.
Continually monitor the market development, competitive activities and review the sales and services strategies, look for opportunities to penetrate new market and enhance sales and service.
Using the automation software and update Sales visit and customer information’s within required time.
Maintain and enhance Company brand image through professional conduct and customer-centric behavior.
Comply with company policies, processes, and ethical standards in all sales activities.
Responsible to increase the percentage of repeat sales from all customers
Develop and maintain effective relationship with existing and new customers in order to improve market share.
Ensure receivable are collected in time with no overdue.
Keep EE profile high and derive customer satisfaction & confidence .
Carry out any other responsibility assigned by the line manager to support business objectives.

Market size calibration and finding of category share, market share etc
Ensure Customer Satisfaction service.
To bring in manageability and predictability using IT based system usage solutions for effective tracking of customers and deployment of resources.
