Experience:
Strong understanding of Food & Beverage raw materials, specialty ingredients and additives
Proven experience in B2B sales, key account management, and business development.
Strong communication and negotiation skills with industrial clients and international suppliers.
Ability to independently manage sales pipeline, collections, and customer relationships.
Good understanding of pricing strategy, commercial negotiation, and market expansion.
Ability to work under pressure and achieve aggressive sales targets.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, CRM, and reporting tools.
Strong presentation and product demonstration capability.
Excellent command of English for business communication.

To support our expanding business operations, we are looking for a highly driven and commercially focused professional for the position of Assistant Manager / Deputy Manager – Corporate Sales (Food & Beverage).
Drive monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for the Food & Beverage division.
Develop new clients and expand business opportunities across the Food & Beverage sector.
Maintain and strengthen relationships with key customer accounts and decision-makers.
Identify new product opportunities, market gaps, and growth segments.
Lead product presentations, customer meetings, product trials, and sampling activities.
Coordinate with principals and international suppliers regarding product specifications, pricing, technical documents, and commercial support.
Work closely with customers to understand application requirements and recommend suitable ingredient solutions.
Prepare quotations, negotiate pricing, and finalize commercial terms with clients.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, customer demand, and industry developments.
Develop strategic plans to increase market penetration and business growth.
Ensure timely collection recovery and maintain healthy customer balances.
Monitor customer credit status and coordinate with Accounts for payment follow-up.
Maintain strong after-sales relationships to ensure long-term business retention.
Coordinate closely with Supply Chain, Commercial, and Accounts teams for smooth order execution and delivery.
Submit regular sales forecasts, collection reports, pipeline updates, and market intelligence reports to management.
Ensure proper documentation and compliance with company policies.
