The Marketing Manager is responsible for planning, executing, and monitoring marketing strategies to promote the company’s products/services, strengthen brand positioning, generate leads, and support business growth. The role involves managing campaigns, digital marketing activities, market research, customer engagement, and coordination with sales and creative teams.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement annual and quarterly marketing plans.
Manage brand positioning and ensure consistent communication across channels.
Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns including social media, email marketing, SEO/SEM, and paid advertising.
Coordinate marketing activities such as events, promotions, product launches, and partnerships.
Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer insights studies.
Track campaign performance and prepare marketing reports with actionable recommendations.
Collaborate with sales teams to generate qualified leads and improve conversion rates.
Manage relationships with agencies, vendors, and media partners.
Oversee content creation for websites, brochures, presentations, and social media platforms.
Monitor marketing budgets and ensure cost-effective utilization.
Lead and mentor junior marketing team members.
