• Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Marketing
• Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Marketing

• Age At least 25 years

• Handle flight reservations, ticket issuance/reissuance, refunds, and booking amendments through GDS systems (Amadeus/Galileo/Sabre).

• Respond to customer and agent inquiries regarding fares, schedules, ticketing, and travel-related services.

• Verify booking payments with customers/agents and coordinate with the Finance team before ticket issuance.

• Conduct tele sales activities, follow up on leads, and convert inquiries into confirmed bookings.

• Develop new B2B/B2C business opportunities, including corporate clients and travel agents.

• Maintain strong customer relationships by providing end-to-end travel support and resolving issues promptly.

• Prepare regular sales and booking reports to support business planning and revenue growth.

• Ensure compliance with airline policies, operational standards, and service quality requirements.
