• Masters

• Master degree in any discipline from a reputed public/private university. Preferably Marketing/Business studies.

• At least 5 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Insurance

• Age At most 40 years

• Age Limit: Not over 40 years (May be relaxed for highly experienced personnel).

• Experience & Skills: Minimum 5 years of working experience in any financial institutions/multinational company /FMCG/TELCO/NGO.

• To lead the Business Development of Group & Health Insurance

• Assume overall responsibility to set-up marketing strategy to develop the business growth

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities

• Develop and implement strategies to expand market share and increase revenue from new and existing clients

• Set and track sales targets, monitor performance metrics, and adjust strategies to ensure goals are met

• Prepare regular reports on business development activities, pipeline management, and revenue forecasts

• Salary: Negotiable (Performance based)
