• 5–8 years of proven experience in Business Development, Enterprise Sales, Account Management, or Software Solution Sales.

Job Summary
An experienced and results-oriented Business Development Manager to drive revenue growth, develop strategic customer relationships, and expand market presence. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, generating qualified leads, managing the sales pipeline, and closing software and technology solution deals across government, enterprise, and SME sectors.
Key Responsibilities
Business Development & Sales
• Develop and execute business development strategies to achieve revenue and profitability targets.
• Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities in target markets.
• Generate and manage a robust sales pipeline through networking, referrals, events, digital channels, and strategic partnerships.
• Lead the end-to-end sales process from prospecting to contract closure.
Customer Acquisition
• Identify potential clients and key decision-makers within government agencies, enterprises, financial institutions, telecom operators, and SMEs.
• Conduct customer meetings, presentations, and solution discussions to understand business requirements.
• Build strong relationships with C-level executives, department heads, and procurement stakeholders.
Revenue Growth
• Achieve assigned sales quotas and revenue objectives.
• Develop account growth plans and maximize customer lifetime value.
• Identify opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and recurring revenue generation.
• Negotiate contracts, pricing, and commercial agreements.
Market Expansion
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify emerging opportunities.
• Develop strategies for entering new industries, regions, and customer segments.
• Establish strategic partnerships, alliances, and channel relationships to accelerate business growth.
Proposal & Bid Support
• Collaborate with pre-sales, bid management, and technical teams to prepare proposals, RFP responses, and customer presentations.
• Support solution design discussions and ensure alignment between customer requirements and proposed solutions.
• Participate in tender and procurement processes when required.
Relationship Management
• Maintain long-term relationships with customers and business partners.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction throughout the sales cycle.
• Act as a trusted advisor by providing business and technology insights to customers.
Collaboration & Internal Coordination
• Work closely with product, project delivery, customer success, finance, and marketing teams.
• Provide customer and market feedback to support product enhancements and service improvements.
• Ensure seamless transition from sales to project implementation and delivery.
Reporting & Forecasting
• Maintain accurate CRM records and sales activity reports.
• Develop sales forecasts, opportunity pipelines, and revenue projections.
• Track sales KPIs and prepare periodic reports for management.
