Market Expansion & Business Development (Core Focus)

  • Identify and develop new passenger sales opportunities across B2B and B2C channels
  • Expand corporate clients, travel agents, and distribution networks
  • Develop new sales channels and partnerships to increase passenger traffic

Passenger Sales Strategy & Execution

  • Develop and implement passenger sales strategies
  • Drive route-wise and segment-wise performance
  • Monitor market trends, competitor pricing, and passenger demand

Revenue Growth & Target Achievement

  • Achieve passenger revenue and ticket sales targets
  • Improve load factor and yield performance
  • Monitor sales pipeline and conversion rates

Group Sales Development

  • Identify and secure group travel business (corporate groups, tours, events etc.)
  • Negotiate group fares, terms, and conditions with clients and agents
  • Coordinate with internal teams for group booking arrangements
  • Build long-term partnerships with group organizers and tour operators

Return Passenger & Repeat Business Management

  • Develop strategies to increase repeat passengers and return bookings
  • Maintain database of frequent travelers and corporate clients
  • Work with marketing for loyalty, promotional offers, and retention campaigns
  • Ensure high service satisfaction to encourage repeat business

Field Sales & Market Intelligence

  • Conduct regular market visits to generate leads and expand network
  • Gather competitor insights and passenger trends
  • Provide strategic recommendations based on market analysis
