✅ Customer Requirement সংগ্রহ ও বিশ্লেষণে সহায়তা করা
✅ নতুন Customer Onboarding Process এ সহযোগিতা করা
✅ Software ব্যবহার সংক্রান্ত প্রাথমিক Support প্রদান করা
✅ Client Follow-up ও Sales Report তৈরি করা
✅ Customer Feedback সংগ্রহ করে Management Team কে জানানো
✅ Sales ও Customer Relationship Management কার্যক্রমে অংশগ্রহণ করা
