Responsibilities & Context:

1.Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales representatives & TSM to achieve and exceed sales targets.      

2.Develop and implement effective sales strategies to maximize revenue and market share.   

3.Conduct regular market analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and potential challenges.       

4.Provide insights to guide product development and marketing strategies.      

5.Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, distributors, and channel partners.     

6.Collaborate with stakeholders to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.    

7.Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback.     

8.Develop and execute sales plans and initiatives to meet business objectives.    

9.Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, to make data-driven decisions.   

10.Develop and manage the sales budget for the assigned area.      

11.Ensure the efficient allocation of resources to achieve sales goals.

12.Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales strategies with marketing campaigns.     

13.Provide feedback on market trends and customer preferences to enhance marketing efforts.

14.Prepare and submit regular sales reports, forecasts, and market intelligence.      

15.Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions.
