• Only Male

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work under pressure and achieve sales targets.

Willingness to travel extensively within assigned territories.

Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email, Reporting).

Motorcycle driving skill with valid driving license will be preferred.

Achieve monthly, quarterly and yearly sales targets of seeds products.

Develop and maintain strong relationships with dealers, retailers, and farmers.

Conduct field visits regularly to monitor market activities and customer requirements.

Promote company seed products through field demonstrations, farmer meetings and campaign activities.

Identify new business opportunities and expand market coverage in assigned areas.

Ensure proper collection and recovery of market dues/credit.

Monitor competitors’ activities, pricing and market trends.

Prepare and submit daily, weekly and monthly sales reports to management.

Coordinate with regional and head office teams for smooth business operations.

Ensure proper implementation of company policies and marketing strategies.
