Responsibilities & Context:
- To look after overall the pesticide business including Product registration, Product launching
- All activities of Marketing, Sales & Recovery
- Warehouse Management
- Monitoring the field forces, also supervise and manage a team of pest control technicians.
- Develop and implement pest control programs and strategies.
- Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
- Assess client pest control needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Conduct regular inspections and audits of pest control services.
- Maintain accurate records of pest control activities and inventories.Provide training and guidance to team members.
- Stay updated on the latest pest control techniques and products.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
