We are looking for “Sales Manager (SM)” for Rani Food Industries Ltd. a leading Group of (FMCG) Companies in Bangladesh to lead Sales Team.
Job Description / Responsibility
Sales Manager is responsible for leading the sales team, achieving revenue targets, building customer relationships & developing strategies to grow the business.
Develop sales plan and strategy to increase market share and achieve monthly/quarterly/yearly sales target.
Analyze market trends and competitors’ activities.
Team management: Lead, motivate & supervise the sales team.
Provide coaching, training & feedback
Forecast monthly/quarterly/yearly sales revenue in National level.
Work closely with Area Sales Manager, Area Sales Executive, Territory officer as well as SR to monitor progress, motivate team and solve problems in market.
Ensure coverage of product availability on every corner of the country/ as per the assignment of the Management through development of new distribution and manage existing distribution.
It is a highly mobile position & have to work in field to achieve target as well as manage assigned task on time.
Proven track record of strong team leadership and large-scale team management.
Must have analytical and problem-solving skills.
To maintain proper documentation & ensure all types of repot as required
Must be expert in Microsoft Excel.
Proactive attitude to promoting company's Product and Brand image.
Achieve short- and long-term sales goal of the company.
Any other responsibilities as and when assigned by the management will be treated as a duty.
