The ENTERPRISE SALES MANAGER (ESM) will be responsible for expanding SME business opportunities by acquiring new clients, managing existing relationships, and driving revenue growth. This role ensures sustainable SME channel development through market penetration, account management, and client satisfaction.

Job Responsibilities:
Drive acquisition of new SME clients within the assigned territory to achieve revenue and growth targets.
Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing sales team to ensure effective execution of territorial sales operations.
Generate qualified business leads through market intelligence, field activities, networking, partnerships, and digital prospecting.
Conduct consultative client engagements to assess business needs and deliver tailored telecom and digital solutions.
Own the end-to-end sales cycle including pipeline development, solution presentation, negotiation, contracting, and onboarding.
Strengthen client relationships by delivering consistent engagement, value-added interactions, and superior after-sales support.
Collaborate with regional and central functions to ensure seamless service delivery, SLA adherence, and quick resolution of client issues.
To achieve the business objective, effectively drive the SME Business KPI.
Design and implement strategic account plans to maximize upselling, cross-selling, and long-term customer lifetime value.
Monitor and analyze account performance (ARPU/ARPA), taking data-driven actions to exceed sales and profitability goals.
Ensure accurate reporting and compliance by submitting timely sales reports and complete documentation (SAF, trade license, BTRC, etc.).
Track competitor moves and market dynamics to provide actionable insights for marketing campaigns, product positioning, and sales strategies.
Salary
BDT 29,000 is fixed Salary, Allowance – Tk 9,000, variable – Tk 10,000.
