YAMAAN is a modern men’s fashion and lifestyle brand focused on premium quality, unique design, and contemporary fashion. We design in-house, source premium fabrics, manufacture through partner factories, and sell via retail outlets and online platforms.

We are looking for a result-driven Business Development Manager who has proven experience in growing a clothing/fashion brand and driving revenue expansion.

Job Context

This position will lead strategic growth initiatives, sales expansion, brand positioning, and partnership development to accelerate YAMAAN’s business growth both offline and online.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute business growth strategies for retail & online channels

  • Identify new market opportunities, corporate clients & bulk sales channels

  • Increase showroom footfall and revenue through strategic planning

  • Build and manage B2B partnerships (corporate, institutions, resellers)

  • Develop expansion strategy (new outlets / distribution / franchise model)

  • Monitor sales KPIs and prepare monthly growth reports

  • Conduct competitor and market analysis

  • Work closely with marketing & operations team to ensure revenue targets

  • Plan seasonal campaigns and promotional strategies

  • Drive brand positioning and customer acquisition initiatives

Experience Requirements

  • Minimum 3–5 years experience in Business Development / Sales Strategy

  • Must have experience working with a clothing / fashion / lifestyle brand

  • Proven track record of achieving sales growth targets

  • Experience in retail expansion or franchise development will be an advantage

Additional Requirements

  • Strong leadership and negotiation skills

  • Data-driven decision-making capability

  • Excellent communication & presentation skills

  • Ability to build and maintain corporate relationships

  • Knowledge of digital sales channels (Facebook, Website, E-commerce)

  • Age: 28–40 years preferred
