∎ Computer literacy and familiarity with CRM tools like Salesforce or Hubspot
∎ Ability to manage multiple tasks and work effectively under pressure
∎ Willingness to work on Fridays and public holidays
∎ Australian Accent will be a plus

∎ Make outbound calls, Texts and emails to clients in Australia.
∎ Meet daily and weekly calls and sales targets.
∎ Address and resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and requests in a professional manner
∎ Follow up on online sales and track orders until delivery completion
∎ Maintain records of customer interactions and escalate unresolved issues to relevant team members
