Responsibilities & Context:
Maintain and monitor all company IT hardware (servers, PC, laptops, printers, etc.)
Keep updated inventory records of all IT assets
Ensure timely maintenance, servicing, and troubleshooting of devices
Oversee network setup, connectivity, and performance
Provide user support and resolve basic technical issues promptly
Ensure data backup and required IT security measures are in place
