Responsibilities & Context:

Activation & Adoption

• Drive product-led activation programs, including onboarding completion, feature discovery, and first-success milestones.

• Identify conversion friction points and recommend UX or content improvements.

Retention & Reactivation

• Identify dormant merchant cohorts and execute targeted reactivation initiatives.

• Collaborate with Commercial and Marketing teams on offer planning and messaging frameworks.

GMV Uplift through Product Usage

• Identify growth levers tied to feature usage (bill pay, payouts, collections, reconciliation tools).

• Recommend product improvements that encourage habit formation and repeat usage.

Performance Monitoring & Reporting

• Build and maintain growth dashboards covering funnel metrics, cohort retention, dormancy transitions, and campaign ROI.

• Deliver weekly and monthly growth insights to leadership.

Growth Experimentation & Product Collaboration

• Propose and track A/B tests and product experiments in collaboration with BI/Analytics.

• Work closely with Product and Tech squads to implement growth features and measurement mechanisms.
