• Minimum 7 years of experience, including at least 2 years in software product management.      

• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Fintech, Telecommunications, Software Firms, IT-enabled Services, Digital Platforms.      

• Strong expertise in product lifecycle management, Agile methodologies, and digital product delivery is essential.      

• Proven ability in data analysis, KPI tracking, dashboarding, and insight generation is preferred.

• Familiarity with SQL, Excel, BI tools, or data visualization platforms will be an added advantage.      

• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills, along with the ability to navigate complex cross-functional environments.      

• Prior experience in fintech and the local market will be considered a strong advantage.

• Drive product ideation, requirement gathering, and solution framing for digital and software-based products.

• Collaborate with developers and other technical teams to clarify requirements and resolve technical challenges.

• Work closely with UX/UI teams to user-friendly and practical product designs.

• Coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders and regulators to ensure alignment and smooth execution.

• Support go-to-market planning and ensure launch readiness for new products and features.

• Contribute to end-to-end product delivery, including requirement finalization, stakeholder alignment, execution, UAT coordination, and launch readiness.

• Conduct post-launch performance monitoring and health checks using data & performance insights.

• Define, monitor & report key product KPIs, including adoption, activation, usage, conversion, transaction behavior and feature level performance.

• Analyze merchant, user and product data to identify trends, pain points, and growth opportunities, improvement areas and translate findings into actionable recommendations.

• Collaborate with Data team for data related requirements, and prepare data reports and  dashboards.

• Assist line manager in technical discussions, product decisions, and cross-functional coordination.

• Participate in market visits and merchant interactions to gather feedback and drive product improvements.
