Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced and strategic ERP professional to lead the implementation, optimization, and automation of enterprise resource planning systems across the organization. The role will drive digital transformation by integrating ERP with business process automation, improving operational efficiency, data accuracy, and decision-making capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

ERP Strategy & Automation

• Lead end-to-end ERP implementation, upgrade, enhancement, and automation initiatives

• Develop and execute ERP and process automation roadmap aligned with business goals

• Identify opportunities for workflow automation within ERP and related systems

• Ensure system stability, performance, and data integrity

• Manage ERP vendors, automation partners, and support consultants

Business Process Optimization & Automation

• Analyze business processes and design automated ERP-driven solutions

• Drive process automation using tools such as RPA, workflow engines, and system integrations

• Reduce manual interventions through intelligent automation

• Ensure seamless integration across Finance, Supply Chain, HR, Production, etc.

• Standardize workflows and enforce best practices
